Jacob Blair started racing at age 9. He is now 13 and has been involved in racing all across the Midwest for the last 4 years. In 2012 he will be racing the Baby Grand in the Pro National Series again. Jacob has aspirations to be a NASCAR driver so we take his racing very seriously.
One of his many strengths besides his driving is his willingness to listen to instruction. Baby Grand race cars are a great way to get involved in racing without spending a fortune and they are among the safest race cars ever built. It has been a great year and we are looking forward to our next adventure in racing!

- Placed 5th in National Points for the Pro National Series.
KARTING
8/2007 – 10/2010
· Began winning Club races in Cadet Yamaha within 3 races.
- Won 2008 Championship for KCKA Yamaha Sportsman Class.
- Took 2nd in Points for KCKA TAG 60 class.
- Won multiple Yamaha Sportsman events at KCKA and 3 TAG 60 races.
- Participated in the SKUSA Central States Challenge and won the TAG 60 Novice division race on 2nd event. Participated in 3 KART events in 2008 winning podium trophies at these events.
- 3rd place finish in points for the Yamaha Division of the CSC series.
- Set multiple track Records at KCKA club events. TAG 60 -18.88 seconds. Currently hold the Yamaha Sportsman records for both clockwise and counter clockwise 18.30 and 18.76 respectively.
- Ran Route 66 Kart Series in 2009 in both Tag 60 and Yamaha Sportsman
- Won 2nd place in championship points in 2009 for the Route 66 Series in the TAG 60 Class.
- Raced and moved up to Jr. Yamaha for the 2010 series and ran Route 66.
- Raced in fields as large as 32 and placed as high as 6th place.
MINICUP (1/2 Scale Stock Car)
03/2010 – 10/2010
- Won first Minicup race of the 2010 season at JRP Speedway in Tulsa.
- Ran about 10 races in the IKO minicup series across Indiana and Kentucky.

ACTIVITIES: Pro National Baby Grand Racing, Karting, Tournament level basketball with the KC Squad 5 months out of the year, family activities, working hard to get A's in school, recreational activities with friends and reading.
